The myth, the legend that is ZOMBO, returns to Mockingbird Lane

Rob Zombie has announced that the character of ZOMBO has returned to The Munsters.

After 56 years! The man… the myth… the legend returns!  The one and only ZOMBO!

Zombo originally appeared in the Season 2: EP 22 episode of the black and white The Munsters TV show. “Zombo” which aired in 1966, saw Eddie Munster obsessed with Zombo, host of a television horror show. His father Herman becomes jealous, especially after Eddie wins a competition to go the Zombo set. Herman then works to become his sons hero again. Zombo was originally played by Louis Nye. Rob has not announced who is beneath the Zombo make-up yet.
