The Devils Rejects makes ‘Film Sequels That Were Better Than The Originals’ list

whatculture.com have put together a ‘Top 10′ list of the movies they consider “better than the originals”.  Rob Zombies The Devils Rejects made number two on the list, with whatculture.com citing its reasons as “a great soundtrack, downright nasty deaths, great one liners and one of the best endings I have ever witnessed, this is one must-see movie”.

Hurray for Captain Salem! Yep, Sid Haig has joined the cast of THE LORDS OF SALEM as Dean Magnus the other half of the witchfinding duo known as The Brothers.

Sid is best known for cult classics like Spiderbaby, Coffy, Black Mama, White Mama, CC and Company, The Big Dollhouse, The Haunted World Of El Superbeasto, Halloween and of course he is loved world wide as everyone’s favorite killer clown Captain Spaulding in House Of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects.

 


Michael Berryman joins the cast of Lords of Salem

A new member of the merry band joining the Lords of Salem cast.  From Rob:

A chicken fucker comes to SALEM.

Michael Berryman is the latest name to join the crew down in merry old Salem as Virgil Magnus, 50% of a well-known witch hunting duo called The Brothers.

Mr. Berryman has been shocking audiences for over 35 years in films like One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, The HIlls Have Eyes. Deadly Blessing, Weird Science and of course THE DEVIL’S REJECTS where he didn’t fuck any chickens or so he says.
