Shudder 31 film poster contest

Shudder, the horror movie subscription service, who from December 7 are exclusively streaming Rob Zombie’s next movie 31, have come up with a killer contest.

The premise is simple:

Create an original poster using inspiration from the Shudder Exclusive, 31! The master of macabre himself (Rob Zombie) will personally select and sign his favorite submission. The lucky grand prize winner will also receive a year’s subscription to Shudder and a limited edition 31 themed holiday ornament.”

Check out their image gallery for inspiration, read the FAQ’s on the contest, and see the contest rules. Once you’ve created, submit.

The contest ends December 31 when Rob Zombie “will personally select his favorite poster and sign it especially for you.”

Shudder states submissions have to “be original. You cannot manipulate the images contained in the film or the 31 poster. You can submit artwork/a poster inspired by the film 31 and Rob Zombie’s filmmaking aesthetic in the following format: graphic design, illustrations/drawing, video, embroidery, photos. Please display your art as 36” x 24” (vertical) in 300 dpi.”
