And I'm not talking about Americans only. This one goes all around. In a society where people take the easiest route, where food is served full of preservative chemicals because shelf life is longer, not your health life...and where people send their children off to toddler schools and religion classes where the caretakers are the predators, and when you want to watch t.v. to avoid thinking so you get your thinking done for you on the most 'trustworthy' news channels, instant knowledge...where you depend on the animal channel to get your comprehension of nature, where you go to porno and pay for sex to have your quick fix relationships, when you consider small talk and opinions communication of worth but there is not a heart to be seen in the mingling, yea, when you forget about who you really are and think all there is, is this physical existence and you want everything instant, right now, without having to think about it, like an idiot being served on a hospital bed...then I can see how the governments that be can easily bring in laws to fit that lifestyle. Ok. Let's take the U.S. for example. When these amendments become fast food because no one knows how to cook anymore, nor is willing to spend the time to do any cooking, then I can see how these amendments will slip out the back jack and get a new roll by passing all the long steps and have people instantly (key word is INSTANTLY) thrown in jail without a trial and be detained indefinitely (because who wants to spend the time thinking about it when there are too many other things to enjoy?). I wouldn't want to be someone who is fighting for the people when the people don't give a damn, and you end up in jail indefinitely, and for nothing. Because people want their fast food society and you won't get them to think for themselves, so you're going to go to jail for them and die on a cross for them so they can be saved? Does that make any sense? This is an excerpt from the book "The End of America" by Naomi Wolf "— CHAPTER THREE — ESTABLISH SECRET PRISONS No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . .. The Fifth Amendment to the Constitution In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury . . . and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense. The Sixth Amendment." Anyway. What do you all think about this...this new law passed? Or, do you think? Hey, but think of it this way while you're chewing your bubblegum; "Hey, we all know how we're gonna die, baby We're gonna crash and burn, burn, burn, burn, burn..." An isn't that the best way to go? Or is it? You are not permitted to reply on this forum. Login...![]()
