baked firm tofu smothered in a hot and spicy sauce made with garlic,ginger root,japanese chilies and green onions.I used very little oil or sugar. i used stevia as a substitute for sugar and it worked out pretty well.

i bought the chicken sausages and t he ravioli from trader joes.cooked them separately and combined them in a pan with a little olive oil and garlic.twas a good meal last night.

Goddamn. Some of you guys make some delicious sounding food. I usually eat out most nights, and when I eat at home its Ramen Noodles, cereal, eggs, grilled cheese, oatmeal, or something microwavable. I guess I'm a bad chef! Drinking Pumpkin flavored coffee right now and about to have a cheese omelette for breakfast though!

haha @M Tragedy666. Making Popcorn Chicken with french fries tonight. Stuff just came out of the oven soooo ready to dig in.

M Tradgedy, you could always make Yakisoba out of your ramen noodles if you have some meat and/or veggies and a wok to fry it in. You just boil the noodles like you normally would, and at the same time stir fry the meat and veggies in the wok..If you are having both meat and veggies, cook the meat first, then take it out of the wok, and cook the veggies. When the veggies are done, take them out of the wok, put a little oil in the pan, let it get hot, then throw in the noodles..Stir fry them for a minute, then throw the meat and veggies back in, and some yakisoba sauce, and let it simmer for a couple minutes before you eat it. And, to make the sauce, you just mix the flavor pack that was with the ramen with a table spoon of soy sauce, a little sugar, and 2 table spoons of water. I learned this recipe from one of my best friends, and she learned it from her Japanese roommates she lived with in college. I am going to make a steak.
