An interview conducted with Zombie by Fanpass, while the band rocked the Welcome To Rockville festival, sees Rob speaking about one of his favourite tour partners. Speaking to Matt Pinfield he says; “Cause usually, you’re on tour with people and they might be your friends, but maybe… they’re just your buddies, but musically, you’re not compatible. Its out! And the feedback has been fantastic. Check out this review from Loudwire, who say “with Zombie’s cinematic background, it’s no surprise that the show is heavy on visuals.” And “…while those elements are interesting and highly entertaining, they are just icing on the cake. Zombie and company are the stars of the show, with great performances from guitarist John 5, bassist Piggy D. and drummer Ginger Fish. Zombie is a master showman, holding the crowd in the palm of his hand.”

Rob Zombie, probably the busiest man in the world, is not just working on a Manson Family piece with Bret Easton Ellis; he is not just about to embark on a European tour; he has not just announced a new and excitingly brutal new film project called ’31’, he is “pretty far into the process”, working on the follow-up to 2013’s Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor. (And of course, lets not forget the new live DVD/Blu-Ray and coffee table photo book – phew!)
Speaking to Billboard.com, Rob says “It sounds fuckin’ weird, man. That’s a really good thing. Right now I’m by myself in the studio; the rest of the band’s not here yet but, yeah, they’ll all come up here later. It’s going good. I’ll work on that for about a month and get as far as I can get. Then in July we have a little bit of a break where I’ll probably finish up the record, and then we have some more touring.”

Introducing the ‘Catman’ on stage, Zombie said “Ladies and gentlemen, if you are anything like me, you were very disappointed a little while ago, because I tuned into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, and I did not get to see my favorite drummer get behind the motherfucking drums.
