[Watch] Rob Zombie discusses the inspiration behind ’31’

Rob Zombie 31

Rob Zombie’s next movie, ’31’ is kicking off now. Zombie is getting the fans involved this time round by offering a chance to be part of the crowdfunding project, for which he explained this decision to Rolling Stone magazine; “I’ve noticed with all of the movies I’ve made that so many people get tattoos from the movie,” Zombie explains. “When you love something so much, you just want to be a part of it. And that’s what I think about this crowd-funding campaign – you can be a part of it.”

I love the idea very interesting. I thought for a second before I even knew about the plot that the film was going to be based on the events of John Wayne Gacy. The movie poster I guess makes we want to believe in a totally different plot than what it is.

    Dear Rob:

Dear Rob: Every film project of yours is a true find for me. But I, being a guy from Spain, I don´t know whether I´ll be able to help to this crowd-funding campaign. Nevertheless, the premise of the film itself sounds great…If only Bill Moseley were involved in this!
